Administration, Accounts and Fundraising Volunteer Roles
These positions take a few hours a week, more if you want to develop the project, less if you want to keep it functional.
The committee meets once every 3 months, and the gardeners meet weekly, or twice weekly in summer, bi weekly or monthly over winter.
The roles work together to facilitate growing vegetables, create collaboration between gardeners, support coordinators, network with other gardens and develop a therapeutic and vibrant space to people who come along. Our primary members are refugees and those seeking asylum, we have regular gardening meetings where members decide on the direction activities are taking.
